What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them to qualify for a refund.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Battery range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Fiido bikes offer between 25 to 50 miles (40-80km) per charge in moped mode.

Are Fiido e-bikes waterproof for outdoor sports?

Our bikes have an IP54 water-resistant rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain, though they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
