Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger electric bike frames.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
